phsky2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards issued in the Philippines.

phsky2 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
phsky2 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:
Upon termination of your account for cause, phsky2 may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is established, verified funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited upon termination for cause.
You may close your phsky2 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable processing periods.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phsky2 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
